Well after a lot of time and effort, my application was a success and I have been invited to join the Guild of Accessible Website Designers!

Ever since it was first introduced to me by my course tutor Joel Mills, founder of Under 50k web design (also in the guild) I have been pushing my designs and coding to get to the level I need to be in order for me to be accepted.

1 No Image No Site

No Images…Well, No Site!

I learnt a valuable lesson today whilst applying for my GAWDS certificate. It was about the implementation and use of images on a site.

Now everyone has their own techniques on implementing images into a design of a web site, whether it be a background image, logo, or portfolio piece, all of which need to contribute a degree of information.
